Checkout.com is seeking a passionate and driven Manager to join our Strategic Finance and Planning team. You will be part of the Go-To-Market Planning team, which provides business partner support to the Commercial, Marketing, and Operations organizations. This team also oversees global net revenue forecasting, reporting, and analytics. In this role, you will collaborate with leaders across multiple departments to produce accurate budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives. Our ideal candidate is a well-rounded, high performer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Strategic Finance and Planning plays a key role at the heart of the broader finance team, providing support to the CFO and senior leadership. The team is responsible for managing the company's planning processes, forecasts, and budgeting, as well as Corporate Finance, Investor Relations and Corporate Strategy. You will be central to supporting our business partners in a rapidly scaling international organization. What you'll be doing

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for multiple organizations. Prepare and maintain headcount forecasts, ensuring alignment with business growth and departmental needs. Build strong partnerships with business leaders across the Commercial, Marketing, and Operations organizations. Deliver quarterly Regional P&Ls for the Commercial organization, providing insights into key financial drivers. Prepare ROI-driven analyses, such as capacity modelling and new initiative assessments. Collaborate closely with the Accounting team to ensure accuracy in the monthly close process. Own ad-hoc and operational projects as required, driving process improvements by partnering with cross-functional teams. Qualifications

5+ years of experience in FP&A, business strategy or analytics. Experience managing monthly and quarterly reporting cycles end-to-end. Experience managing financials with business partners. Attention to detail and proactive about identifying problems and implementing solutions. Self-starter, with a proven track record to enact change in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Financial Services and Payments a plus, but not required. Additional Information
