Service and PPMs on AHUs/FCUs - cleaning/changing filters, belts, motors General plumbing maintenance Fixing leaks Drainage/flushing Emergency light testing Fire alarm testing General carpentry Painting/Decorating Basic electrical - rewiring, changing sockets Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
