The PMO Analyst provides the support that ensures smooth functioning of the PMO and wider project teams. They are responsible for data collection, reporting, and process analysis. Their role is more tactical, focused on analysing project performance and helping maintain project tools and documentation. The Team

The PMO team was set up in Real Estate two years ago to ensure a co-ordinated approach to project management on all of our projects. Governance is essential in ensuring that we have a co-ordinated approach to project management methodology and that projects are set up and delivered in a consistent manner, in all regions. Governance also provides transparency through reporting and escalations and helps DCS manage our risk appetite. The PMO team has been going through a foundational period, creating a new reporting structure and embedding governance processes within the team. The next phase of the PMO team’s development is an intermediate phase, building on the strong foundations of the past two years. The PMO Lead role is instrumental in helping take the PMO team to the next level. The intermediate phase will involve using tools to automate processes and reporting to make more agile for the team, creating meaningful KPI’s on the nature of change and risk across the portfolio, which can help inform strategy and training and ensuring tighter controls around our costs and protecting our project IRR’s (internal rate of return). Reporting directly to Head of PMO & Governance and based in London, the successful candidate will be a great team player, process driven, and self-motivated. The role will provide training and support to the project managers on governance best practices. Key Responsibilities

Typical tasks and responsibilities will include: Data Collection and Analysis: Gathers project data (reports, timelines, budgets, resource allocation) and analyses it to ensure projects are on track. Reporting: Prepares reports and dashboards that track project performance against KPIs and deliverables, and presents them to the PMO Lead and project teams. Tool Management: Manages project management tools and templates, ensuring project teams have access to the latest resources. Process Support: Assists in the implementation of project management processes and standards, ensuring they are followed consistently. Issue Tracking: Monitors project risks and issues, ensuring they are logged and tracked through to resolution. Documentation: Ensures that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible. Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in a similar role co-ordinating and collating reporting for senior stakeholders (C-suite level) Ability to analyse data and create graphs & process flows Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint Ability to balance conflicting priorities and tasks Exceptional communication and organisation skills, both written and oral Experience working under pressure with ability to remain calm and to deliver against tight deadlines Exceptional organisational skills Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills Self-starter that sets tasks with clear goals and outcomes that are over and above those expected Deal effectively with ambiguity and ability to work autonomously Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Positive attitude and self-motivated Culturally aware and astute working in a diverse environment Practical knowledge and experience of coordinating ‘good’ practices around governance, compliance and policy Power BI and Visio skills Understanding of Real Estate and Construction
