What you will do: Deliver a high-quality, person-centred Concessionary Travel and Blue Badge assessment service, using eligibility criteria set by the Authority and Department of Transport. Make informed decisions regarding applicants' eligibility for the various schemes. Conduct comprehensive mobility assessments for applicants when information from their application form is insufficient. Provide detailed and thorough reports and case papers on mobility assessments. You must be registered with HCPC to ensure the highest standard of practice. A valid driving license is essential, enabling you to effectively attend on-site assessments when necessary.
