Join our dedicated team at a highly regarded SEMH school in Runcorn, where you will play a crucial role in supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health needs. This is an incredible opportunity to apply your psychological knowledge and skills in a practical, hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and group support to students, helping them to manage their emotions and behaviour. Assist in the development and implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs). Work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Monitor and report on student progress, helping to adapt strategies to meet their needs. Foster strong, supportive relationships with students to encourage their academic and personal development.
