Role Overview This full-time position, based in Belfast, is for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer passionate about driving advanced AI solutions in the human performance and wellbeing space. Responsibilities include scoping, designing, and developing machine learning systems, implementing cutting-edge ML algorithms, and staying up-to-date with industry advancements. Key Qualifications Expertise in prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Strong experience in dataset creation, model training, and general machine learning, including network design and optimization. Proficiency in Python; experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Familiarity with MLOps and Terraform is beneficial. Knowledge of RESTful API development is advantageous. Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., pytest). Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) for model training and deployment. Ability to align machine learning solutions with user experience goals and adapt quickly based on feedback.
