Senior Care Assistant Nights Shifts: 8pm-8am, includes weekend working on a rolling rota Long gone are the days of tired corridors, wilted wallpaper and stuffy sitting rooms! Here at Ribble Court, we provide high-quality specialist/complex nursing care and residential dementia care on separate floors, with a person-centred focus based on the needs and wishes of the residents maintained at all times. As a Senior Care Assistant at our home, your role may involve: Undertaking any necessary training Supporting our residents with personal care and hygiene, eating, and getting involved with daily activities Providing emotional support and companionship Supporting our residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life, focused on their individual hobbies, preferences and abilities Maintaining high standards within the care home environment Senior-level duties to support the Home Manager, which may involve: staff supervisions, appraisals, record-keeping, liaising with outside professionals, interviewing etc. Sandstone employees enjoy a range of benefits: Free uniform.
