Are you a Psychology graduate looking to gain valuable experience in the education field? Protocol Education is currently seeking Psychology graduates to work as Learning Support Assistants in the Newcastle area. This role offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in a classroom environment and support the educational development of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). It also provides a chance to gain practical insights into a career in education. The Learning Support Assistant role involves providing one-to-one or small group support to students in classroom settings. We are seeking individuals with empathy and a passion for supporting the educational journeys of SEND children. In addition, you will be responsible for managing behaviour to ensure a safe and enjoyable learning environment for all. Requirements:

Valid DBS check and right to work in the UK Interest in working with children, particularly those with SEND Patience, trust, and a calm approach Previous experience working with children or individuals with SEND is preferable Key Responsibilities:
