Full-time, 40 weeks contract Are you an experienced Registered Manager or Deputy, ready for a new and unique challenge? We are seeking a Registered Manager to lead two CQC registered residential settings for young people aged 16-25. This role offers the opportunity to shape a service and drive forward a vision of outstanding care at our specialist settings within the New Forest. Role Overview:

As the Registered Manager, you will provide dynamic leadership and set the vision and ethos of the homes. You will create a development plan that ensures high-quality care and support for all. This position involves overseeing two residential settings and working closely with Education and Therapies to support the young people in your care as they discover their passions and develop essential life skills. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a team, being a role model and inspirational leader to both your team and the young people you support. Work closely with care and educational supervisors to implement your vision and receive support through coaching, mentoring, and supervision. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support the Education, Health, and Care needs of each young person. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain high standards of care. Manage budgetary requirements and participate in the Governance Team to achieve the highest standards. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager overseeing multiple residential settings. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Adult Care or equivalent. Strong understanding of the CQC framework and Care Quality Commission Regulations 2009. Proven ability to provide visionary, dynamic leadership and direction. Capability to evaluate performance and identify priorities for continuous improvement. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Benefits:
