Job Summary
Carry out professional Sales and Marketing activities; build rapport and trust with the customers; provide prompt assistance to customers accompanied with hospitality; gather market & product information; prepare necessary sales reports and work documents; maintain excellent connections with customers.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
• School or Diploma education is preferred.
• Minimum experience of 3 Years in similar jobs (Fleet Sales).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Commit to Sales targets; review own sales performance; adopt corrective and preventive actions accordingly.
Assist in the preparation of quotations; take the approval of the Fleet Manager/Division head accordingly.
Ensure unit sales are as agreed mix of models, and types.
Retain existing customer profiles by follow-up and regular contact and maintaining a “Customer Profile Card.”
Plan in advance each day's work considering the most important task to be completed that day; weekly planning on a broad basis is also required.
Maintain loyalty from existing customers through regular review calls/visits, offering promotional materials, and professional conduct.
Maintain regular links with the service department to identify vehicles of Fleet Owners that may be due for change and replacement.
Develop the skills to persuade customers to buy by matching product and dealer benefits to their needs.
Become 100% knowledgeable about relevant product range, available specifications, prices, and current and future availability.
Acquire sufficient knowledge of competitor's products, specifications, and prices to be able to overcome customer objections and preferences.
Responsible for promoting current and new models as assigned by the Division head; conducts technical seminars as necessary.
Contact/Visit potential customers to demonstrate models and attempt to win new markets; keep in mind that he/she is the Ambassador and the front line of the company in the market and the only information channel between the company and existing clients.
Negotiate with customers the variations in prices and special promotions; commit to the price lists and discount limits provided by the Division head; convey the feedback of customers regarding the prices to the Fleet Manager and the Division head in order to take the necessary actions.
Responsible for his/her own Sales reports and daily/monthly plans; consult the Sales Manager and the Division head accordingly.
Handle customer complaints as appropriate; convey the complaints to the Sales Manager as appropriate.
Report to the Sales Manager any difficulties or incidents that occur during work.
Inform the Sales Manager of any incidents or problems that occur during work in order to take necessary action.
Prepare PDI requests and coordinate with the LV Vehicles Delivery In-charge and PDI section regarding PDI processes and customer requirements.
Ensure pre-delivery inspections and cleaning are carried out before delivery to the Fleet Owner.
Ensure vehicle handovers are carried out to the satisfaction of the Fleet Owner.
Maintain contact visits to ensure ongoing Fleet Owner satisfaction with the vehicle and dealer services.
Shall be knowledgeable of A.A. Bin Hindi Internal procedures and policies.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as agreed upon by the Manager & Job holder.
Required Skills:
Knowledge in Light Vehicles; KIA Motors is preferred.
Excellent knowledge of Fleet/corporate sales.
Energetic, confident, and self-motivated.
Excellent Sales & Marketing Skills.
Courteous, honest, and presentable.
Ability to maintain a productive Sales Team.
