We’re recruiting for a Residential Area Surveyor to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary, £7,200 car allowance, monthly performance bonus, and a strong benefits package. What you'll be doing:

Undertaking surveys, valuations, and energy reports of residential properties on behalf of both private and corporate clients. Upholding best professional practice to minimise the financial and reputational risk to the business. Completing 5 points per day. Promptly and effectively responding to queries, complaints, and claims. Regularly reviewing the performance and risk of products and propositions so that they meet the needs of the target market and deliver good customer outcomes. Who we're looking for:

You will need to be an Assoc/M/FRICS Residential Surveyor, VRS registered valuer, and EPC accredited. Excellent valuation and survey experience. Strong understanding of lender technical and administrative procedures. Good knowledge of all aspects of residential survey and valuation. Benefits:
