In this specialised role, you will focus on overseeing all technical aspects related to our van servicing and repairs. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all work is conducted with the highest level of quality and efficiency, tailored specifically to our van operations.
As the key technical resource, you will address the complexities associated with van repairs, provide guidance to our technicians, and ensure that our services align with the latest manufacturer recommendations.

40 Salary:
£34,000 plus OTE Bonus Key Responsibilities: Review and approve repair estimates for vans, ensuring adherence to manufacturer standards and cost-efficiency. Offer technical guidance and support to the workshop team, particularly concerning van-specific issues. Conduct thorough quality control checks on van services and repairs before returning vehicles to customers. Identify training opportunities for staff focused on van servicing and assist in their professional development. Collaborate with service advisors to optimize workflow and improve service delivery for van customers. Manage warranty processes and ensure accurate documentation of all claims. What We’re Looking For: Demonstrated experience as a Technical Controller or in a similar position, preferably with a focus on vans. Comprehensive knowledge of van mechanics and repair techniques. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to achieving the highest standards of customer service. Valid driver's license.
