Trainee Workshop Engineer (Forklift Assembly & PDI Technician/Engineer)
Location: Basingstoke
Salary: A£29,000 - A£36,000 Base + 6% Employer/4% Employee Pension + Overtime at Time 1.5 & 2.0 + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Life Assurance + Discount Benefits Scheme + Uniform + Training
Working Hours: 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Role Overview: Trainee Workshop Engineer role available in a highly successful and international manufacturer of materials handling equipment offering full training. The role will suit those looking for a team-based culture offering training and progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out PDI's on a range of trucks Occasional service and repair work Part of a team of 12 Maintain a clean workshop Order parts
Minimum Requirements: Ideally hold a level 2 or equivalent in mechanical, vehicle technician or similar discipline Mechanical fitting/assembly/machinery build experience of mechanical equipment
