About the Project:

We are seeking a proactive Python developer with hands-on experience and a strong grasp of enterprise requirements to spearhead the creation of a new AI/ML pod. Key responsibilities include:

Recent hands-on expertise in areas such as NLU, NLP, Generative AI, Semantic Models, and Knowledge Graphs.

2 - 3 years of proven successful delivery experience of solutions utilizing AI capabilities such as NLU, NLP, Generative AI, Semantic Models, and Knowledge Graphs.

Conduct prompt engineering to optimize AI interactions. Leverage single/multi-agent frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and AutoGen, integrating seamlessly with existing system tools and APIs. Design and develop data pipelines to supply ML models with training data using Databricks/Spark. Implement robust MLOps practices for model deployment and lifecycle management with MLflow. Stay abreast of the latest AI/ML advancements and propose innovative enhancements. Share expertise to upskill team members within the pod and across various teams. Synechron's Diversity Statement
