Support residents with personal care, rehabilitation, and health & wellbeing programmes. Deliver specialist care for individuals requiring tracheostomy or PEG/NG management. Monitor and record health conditions, administering medication and treatments. Collaborate with families, care teams, and healthcare professionals to create a supportive environment. What You Bring: Valid NMC PIN and RGN qualification. Experience in specialist or complex care settings (preferred). Compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.
