IDEX Consulting is working with an award-winning Pensions firm seeking a Client Manager for their team. This role requires a strong focus on client management and ensuring high standards of service are maintained at all times. Responsibilities:
Technical understanding of pensions legislation and regulations. Good understanding of pension trusteeship. Able to manage a portfolio of schemes and ensure high standards. Work on projects and manage budgets. Portfolio client management and building strong client relationships. Liaising and managing trustee's advisers to ensure key deliverables. Desired Qualifications:
Client management experience. Understanding the process of winding up a pension scheme. Proven track record of delivering in management roles. Strong industry background. Knowledge and experience of the Pension Protection Fund (PPF), Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS), and The Pensions Regulator (TPR) guidance.
