Manage subcontractors and coordinate day-to-day site operations Conduct Health & Safety inspections, including regular site assessments Oversee labour management and monitor project progress to meet deadlines Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders Oversee site operations Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget to the highest quality Skills and Competences

Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication skills Able to work to deadlines and be target-driven
