Senior Business Analyst

Business Analyst 2 Month Contract Location: Home Based / Brighton Rate: £600 - £650 per day (Inside IR35) We are looking to recruit a Business Analyst on an initial 2 month contract for a leading organisation based in Brighton. This is an initial 2 month contract with extensions highly likely. The role is primarily home based with travel into Brighton approximately once a week. The Business Analyst will be responsible for joining a project at a critical time to help my client understand how they can best manage & utilise data that is being received. Previous experience of working as a BA on Dynamics 365 projects is highly desirable as you will be responsible for creating workflows for D365. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with SMEs to understand and design how business teams will operate around incoming data, developing efficient processes. Facilitate large workshops across multiple teams to ensure alignment and a unified operational design. Work closely with product teams, including D365, to deliver a cohesive operational framework. Consolidate existing high-level work into a detailed, actionable understanding, identifying and addressing gaps. Support training analysis, end-to-end testing, and process migration to the new operational framework alongside the Business Change Manager. Validate and develop business requirements into actionable user stories. Essential Skills and Experience: Proven expertise in business operational design, gap analysis, stakeholder engagement, and process development. Strong workshop facilitation skills with the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Experience in creating and validating requirements, and developing user stories. Ability to support training and testing phases of operational transformation.
