The Role of Head of Sales – Commercial HVAC Services Contractor:

The successful Head of UK Sales will be expected to lead a team of 6 Business Development Managers and win new contracts for the full range of HVAC services they offer. These include HVAC plant servicing and maintenance, commissioning and installation and bespoke packages across a range of sectors such as process, warehousing, offices and public sector buildings. The contracts can be with either the direct customer or via facilities and property management companies such as ISS, Serco and CBRE. Whilst this is a home-based role, it is a national role, so occasional nights away from home will be required. It will be working in a close-knit vibrant team and as such the company is looking for a strong team player, someone enthusiastic with a real drive to progress their career with this fantastic, forward-thinking company. Minimum Requirements:

Must have sold HVAC contracting services Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems An interest in renewables and sustainability The drive to develop your career and a real willingness to learn Professional, well-presented and excellent relationship-building skills Driver's license The Company Recruiting for Head of Sales – Commercial HVAC Services Contractor:
