Corporate Tax Associate (2 – 5 PQE)
Complex, international and involving tax transactions are commonplace with this law firm, holding an enviable reputation in London and globally. We are working with this top-quality Corporate Tax team on their hiring efforts for an Associate in London.
You will be part of a team that works on a broad range of Tax matters which includes general corporate and indirect tax advice to transactional advice on matters involving M&A, corporate finance & capital markets, investment funds, structured and asset finance, insurance and real estate.
You will receive industry-leading training, Partner contact within a highly commended practice, which boasts leading lawyers across the globe. As well as this, you will receive a market-leading salary and bonus.
Requirements:
You must have training from a leading law firm. You will be qualified in England & Wales or a common law jurisdiction with experience working in the London legal market. You will have the opportunity to work with the World’s leading Financial Institutions and Blue Chip companies in an innovative firm that has had a strong presence in the Big Law world.
Salary -
£165k-210k depending on level and experience, as well as a competitive bonus.
