Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career. About the team

Issuing is a platform for businesses to launch virtual and physical card programs, and the Issuing Card Operations team is responsible for delivering best-in-class operations for our physical cards so that our users have a delightful and seamless experience. What you'll do

We’re searching for someone to lead our day-to-day operations and build the future of our physical card product. This means you’ll manage supplier relationships while driving continuous process improvement. You’ll build new processes, both with our vendors and internally, and you’ll lead projects that deliver scale and efficiency, like implementing ERP solutions. We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, we encourage you to apply! The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. 5+ years of supply chain, manufacturing or physical goods operations experience Experience working with manufacturers or physical good suppliers Excitement for building new processes and working in a scrappy environment Ability to operate autonomously and comfort with ambiguity Strong stakeholder management; strong written and verbal communication skills Proclivity for data-driven decision-making and strong analytic skills Ability to think strategically, articulate tradeoffs of decisions and propose solutions Results-driven with a strong sense of process and a knack for standardization Can-do attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously Proven track record for working well across teams and with external partners 30-40% willingness to travel to suppliers Preferred qualifications

Experience with Card Production & Personalization Experience working with Product and Engineering Experience working directly with customers Experience working on a technical product This role is available either in an office or a remote location (typically, 35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office). Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for individuals and their teams. The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is £68,800 - £103,200. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process. Specific benefits and details about what compensation is included in the salary range listed above will vary depending on the applicant’s location and can be discussed in more detail during the interview process. Benefits/additional compensation for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; retirement plans; health benefits; and wellness stipends. At Stripe, we're looking for people with passion, grit, and integrity. You're encouraged to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. Your skills and passion will stand out—and set you apart—especially if your career has taken some extraordinary twists and turns. At Stripe, we welcome diverse perspectives and people who think rigorously and aren't afraid to challenge assumptions. Join us.
