Manchester – £70,000 - £85,000
This is one of the largest Real Estate teams in the UK, offering their team exposure to highly complex development schemes and some of the most interesting projects in the country.
You will be engaged in extensive residential-focused projects, allowing you to enhance your skills in various aspects of real estate work. This includes handling landlord and tenant matters, exploring options and pre-emption rights, negotiating overage agreements, managing development agreements, and overseeing leases. Additionally, these projects present an opportunity for you to further develop your expertise in the field.
The firm consistently ranks high for culture and development. Billable hours targets are used only to calculate bonuses, which are a generous 20%. Those who wish to work International law firm hours will therefore receive international pay. Hybrid working and/or flexible working patterns are available for all, whilst the path to Partnership will be made clear in your first week.
