We are looking for experienced team members to work as Network Engineers. You will be attending various sites on a weekly basis, working closely with the project delivery team to ensure a positive customer experience and seamless service delivery.
General duties of this role include but are not limited to:
Installation of servers, switches, firewalls, and hard drive installation.
Patching network and server cable management.
Executing WiFi surveys.
Setting up new users, desktop PCs, laptops, and printers.
Secure disposal of IT equipment which is no longer required.
Travel within Greater London.
Characteristics/experience needed for a Network Engineer:
Previous exposure to hardware/server installs would be beneficial.
UK driving licence is essential for this role.
A passion for IT and delivering exceptional customer service.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook with clear communication skills.
Can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
Able to work hours with variable start and finish times.
