Associate Director

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the technical authority and subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to engineering teams. Lead complex projects from concept to completion, ensuring innovation and excellence in every phase. Oversee the design and development of advanced solutions and systems, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations. Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions. Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and industry professionals, enhancing the company’s reputation and network. Contribute to business development by representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities. Play an integral role in shaping business strategies and supporting recruitment efforts. About You
The ideal candidate will bring: A strong track record in electrical engineering, ideally including leadership and project management. Expertise in LV/HV systems and mission-critical projects, including hyperscale designs. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative and innovative mindset. Excellent communication abilities to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences. A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for professional growth and mentoring. Knowledge of data centre design standards and experience working with multidisciplinary teams. What’s on Offer
