Strategic Leadership:

Drive UK growth strategy aligned with MMGY Global's vision, focusing on media, creative, and integrated marketing solutions. Business Development:

Lead new business expansion and strategic partnerships, ensuring consistent revenue growth across all business units (Media, Creative, Account Management, Business Events, Public Relations). Operational Excellence:

Oversee all UK operations, including financial performance, team management, client service, and operational efficiency. Team Leadership:

Mentor and develop senior leaders, fostering a high-performance culture and succession planning. Market Leadership:

Maintain a pulse on industry trends, ensuring the UK team remains at the forefront of travel marketing innovation. Client Focus:

Deliver exceptional client service, building and maintaining strong client relationships. Regional Collaboration:

Partner with the EVP Central Europe and future regional EVPs to drive regional synergies and achieve global objectives. Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles within the travel and tourism advertising/media industry. Deep expertise in media strategy, creative development, and integrated marketing solutions. Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management, forecasting, and P&L responsibility. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams. Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, achieve business objectives, and navigate complex business environments. Strong understanding of the UK travel market and its key stakeholders.
