Territory Sales Manager - Neuro, ENT, Spine - Scotland / NE England Our client is a fast-growing specialist medical device company that has been developing and manufacturing innovative medical devices for intraoperative neuromonitoring (IOM) for more than 25 years and is one of the leading companies worldwide offering a wide range of IOM systems and services. They now seek a talented Territory Sales Manager at the location shown. Please note that most of the work is in Scotland so preference is for someone living in Scotland currently. You will be responsible for the sales and promotion of your products to key healthcare professionals in ENT, Neurosurgery, Functional Neurosurgery and Pain fields (surgeons, theatre staff, EBME, Procurement) As such you will: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers Develop your sales strategy to successfully retain, grow and acquire accounts and ensure revenue growth Provide marketing analysis and supply forecasts when required Work with their Executive Team to review and develop the company business plan and craft the company's sales strategy for the region. Candidate profile: Sales experience (inc Theatre sales) with a proven track record in achieving profitable sales growth Ideally ENT, Neurophysiology, Neurosurgery, spinal instrumentation field experience Good understanding of Medtech hospital sales process Strong negotiation and communication skills Pro-active and ability to work autonomously Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience, but an excellent bonus benefits package will also be offered.
