Executive Assistant to CEO Fulham, South West London £60,000 + £70,000 + Bonus + Amazing benefits 5 Days Office A wonderful opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a prestigious members club in the heart of Southwest London. This is an integral role, being the lynchpin of the CEOs office, main point of contact for members and the go between for staff and the CEO. Due to the nature of the club and role, it is 5 days in the office. Key Duties for the Executive Assistant Act as gatekeeper, right hand and sounding board to the CEO Manage the CEOs day to day schedule; you will arrange key meetings and prepare agendas, reports and minutes You will deal with all internal and external correspondence, replying on the Chief Executive’s behalf where appropriate. You must be comfortable drafting a variety of outputs for the CEO Build professional relationships with key stakeholders and members within the Club. Assist in the development, execution and implementation of strategies in line with the Club’s wider objectives and lead specific projects where appropriate. Manage and oversee club events Requirements for the Executive Assistant You will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deal with a wide variety of people in a calm and diplomatic manner. Fastidiously organised, strong attention to detail and proven experience in multitasking with accuracy across a number of concurrent duties and projects. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken You will be a highly trusted individual dealing with confidential matters and be able to operate with discretion. Proactive, forward thinking and have the ability to pre-empt situations and make decisions. Proficient experience of IT packages, including Microsoft Office and Teams, and bespoke systems.
