ABOUT YOU Experience as a Store Manager or leader within a fast-paced, hands-on retail or hospitality business. Motivated by results, excited by achieving high standards, and excel in delivering excellent customer service. Possess a high attention to detail, understand company procedures, and be naturally able to deliver clear instructions. Open to travelling within a 45-minute radius of your home location and other locally commutable stores. A pro-active, solution-focused manager, able to prioritise, delegate, and develop a team driven to achieve specific targets.
Store Manager – Key Responsibilities Manage, recruit, and develop a team for a household name, renowned for value, maximising sales and maintaining high standards. Ensure all processes/procedures are adhered to and all compliance is managed professionally. Set and implement tasks to ensure the team delivers effective service, stock management, and customer flow. Deliver and maximise exceptional sales results through managing waste, shrinkage, and payroll. Develop colleagues’ knowledge of products within the store and ensure they live the Aldi brand values.

Bromsgrove, Halesowen, Henley-in-Arden, Redditch, Alcester, Worcester, and Kidderminster.
