We are looking for a friendly & professional detail-oriented team player to join our Retail Recruiting team. As a Retail Recruiter, your main responsibility will be actively sourcing talent to fill open positions supporting the current retail population and expansion. You will support building field talent acquisition as well as conducting full life cycle retail recruitment in sourcing top talent for ALO. This position provides special guidance and assistance to Retail Management on various talent-focused initiatives. You will report directly to the Retail Recruiting Manager. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience for retail brands.

Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruiting on a variety of retail positions, including partnering with hiring managers to learn job requirements, sourcing, generating passive candidates, interviewing, scheduling, and preparing offer letters for stores. Responsible for new country enablement, including process build-out, building talent pool/awareness, and hiring activations/events. Create the ultimate ALO candidate experience from start to finish that is authentic to our culture and values. Support managers in staffing, including strategies to improve their staffing levels and create a talent pipeline to support our growth. Develop strong relationships with Retail Leadership, District Managers, Store leadership, and team members. Create and post job postings. Lead planning for hiring levels, timelines, and securing top talent for new store openings. Have an understanding of the different retail store markets that we are in or entering into. Hold training workshops and create communication strategies to educate store leadership. Lead scheduling throughout the ATS platform. Conduct independent sourcing via social recruiting, networking, job postings, cold calls, etc. Work closely with managers and hiring managers to understand their needs and identify the right talent; ensure goals are met. Support developing a pipeline of candidates in niche areas as determined by market needs and business strategies. Conduct candidate reference and background checks. Support in achieving annual retail talent business objectives. Track goals, metrics, and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate status and results to supervisor. As one of the first points of contact within the company, effectively communicate the culture and values of ALO Yoga and professionally represent the brand and Talent Team at all times.

Requirements: Minimum 3+ years recruiting or hiring experience (agency or in-house) for retail brands, global consumer goods companies, and/or similar industries. Experience hiring roles that include: Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, Sales Associates, Keyholders, and Stock Associates. Experience in Applicant Tracking System or Workday is a plus, but not required. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other networking tools to actively source candidates. Exceptional attention to detail, ability to think on your feet, and friendly, professional communication are a must. Interest in a career in talent acquisition or human resources. Strong computer skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to learn new computer applications quickly. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
