40 What You'll Be Doing: As a PMO Analyst,

you'll

be doing the following: Perform governance, assurance and support activities at portfolio level. Work with Enterprise PMO colleagues to drive increased maturity in PMO and project delivery processes across JD. Possess excellent attention to detail and have the ability to write and review documentation to ensure that high-quality standards are being met. Work collaboratively with Group Transformation Delivery team members, establishing effective working relationships with them, supporting and educating them in the production of quality outputs to adhere to PMO standards. Support the Enterprise PMO Service Catalogue of portfolio governance, assurance and support services to the JD change portfolio. Provide support to Group Transformation Leadership and develop and maintain performance information creating reports to show portfolio performance. Support the operation of portfolio processes within the Group Transformation change portfolio. Support portfolio governance, inputs and action tracking. Support portfolio health checks to assess overall health. Support portfolio level risks and issues and assessments to identify themes to support upward reporting. Support the administration of the Group Transformation new project demand backlog and prioritisation process. Support the maintenance of a central list of proposed, active and completed projects across Enterprise PMO as required. Respond to information requests, ensuring that stakeholders have accurate and timely information. Assist with the operation and running of defined governance forums and routines. Assist in the production of content for Exec level portfolio governance meetings. Able to document decisions and key actions. Coordinate, collect and summarise portfolio reporting ensuring that updates are received on a regular and timely basis. Assist in ensuring that portfolio reporting follows a consistent and standardised approach and conforms to the PMO’s high standards. What We're Looking For: 2+ years’ PMO Analyst/Project Support experience within a portfolio office. Experience of working with project management tools and methodologies to identify improvement opportunities. Experience of applying portfolio level governance methodologies. Experience of preparing comprehensive and consistent project documentation, and the need to follow processes.
