Commercial Catering Engineer Location:
South Coast near Brighton A leading commercial catering equipment company is seeking a Commercial Catering Engineer due to continued demand and new contracts. The company supplies the catering, hospitality, and public sectors and performs service, maintenance, repairs, and installations on various types of commercial catering and refrigeration equipment. Responsibilities: Provide service, maintenance, and breakdown of catering equipment, including fryers, ovens, microwaves, and steamers. Attend sites across Brighton and the South Coast, including restaurants, hotels, schools, and bars. Carry out maintenance, repairs, and fault finding of catering equipment. Qualifications: Comcat 1, 3, and 5 qualifications (essential). Commercial Catering Equipment industry experience. Experience in electrical and gas catering equipment repair and maintenance. Experience with Rational and dishwashers (advantageous). Full UK driving licence. Compensation: Salary: £40-45k depending on experience. 40-hour work week. Door to door travel paid. 1 in 6 weeks call out rota with paid retainer. Company van for personal use and fuel card. Overtime: 1.5x and 2x rates. 21 days holiday rising to 25 days after 3 years of service plus bank holidays.
