To deliver and assess and internally verify on a Level 4 Counselling course to a wide range of learners using appropriate teaching methods. Co-ordinate and maintain accurate records of formative and summative assessments of students’ learning carried in a standardised format on college-approved systems. Communicate external examination entry and timetable arrangements to the students and relevant teams. Support learners with placements and ensure competency of both learners and placements. Embed contextualised personal development within the core subject delivery. Ensure that required course documentation is maintained. Liaise and agree on a plan of learning to deliver completion of the qualification with the Head of Department.
