Integrated Care Clinician (Paramedic) The post holder will undertake telephone triage assessments of patients efficiently, advising the most appropriate interventions to meet patient needs using best clinical practice, adhering to Trust Policy, protocols, and guidelines. Experience

HCP Registered Paramedic Evidence of Acute Experience Qualifications

HCPC Registered Paramedic Evidence of undertaking regular update training and continuous personal professional development as required by the regulating body Ability to work a rotating shift pattern, including nights and weekends Relevant clinical practice in frontline care or telephone-based triage Able to demonstrate strong listening and communication skills Able to work on own initiative Evidence of clinical decision-making Demonstrates an ability to work within a team Computer literate Ability to speak Welsh is desirable The Trust actively seeks to recruit and appoint people currently underrepresented in the workforce.
