The Role
As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our client's brand via online channels and in-store marketing activities on an international scale. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that align with their overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Management:
Oversee the strategic direction of the brand, ensuring it remains consistent and resonates with the target audience.
Product Marketing:
Develop and execute compelling product marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
E-commerce Marketing:
Optimise their online presence to maximise online sales and customer engagement.
Trade Marketing:
Collaborate with retail partners to develop effective trade marketing programmes and drive in-store visibility.
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in a senior role, with direct reports and brand responsibility ideally working within an in-house marketing role. Solid experience in e-commerce marketing including SEO and trade marketing.
Proven track record of supporting new brand entrants and contributing to strategic brand direction. Strong product marketing skills
