Full-time (Permanent) About the Role: We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and results-driven Senior Marketing Executive to join a fast-paced and dynamic team. The role focuses on delivering targeted marketing campaigns to drive delegate ticket sales and commercial sponsorships for B2B conferences across key industries such as Defence, Security, Energy, Utilities, and Pharmaceuticals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, engagement, and revenue. Craft and distribute creative, content-led email campaigns and press releases to maximize event exposure. Collaborate with sponsors, speakers, and media partners to enhance brand visibility and leverage event promotion opportunities. Conduct competitor research, manage data lists, and optimize marketing assets and processes. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to measure ROI and drive continuous improvement. Attend events to conduct market research, gather promotional content, and execute on-site social media coverage. Essential Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in a conference or event marketing role. Strong project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in customer segmentation, database management, and Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A creative, flexible, and agile approach, with the ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment. A team player with a proactive, commercially savvy mindset.
