We are seeking an innovative Squeak & Rattle Engineer to contribute to cutting-edge test and development activities for current and future models. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional vehicle performance and quality, we want to hear from you! In this position, you will play a vital role in supporting the technical development and delivery of whole vehicle attribute performance. You will partner with internal and external teams to ensure that target performances are met with excellence. Key Deliverables:

Set attribute targets through competitor benchmarking and analyses. Develop squeak & rattle attributes to align with performance targets, ensuring adherence to stringent quality standards. Lead complex troubleshooting regarding squeaks and rattles, identifying root causes and developing innovative countermeasures. Manage the concerns process effectively, ensuring smooth implementation of solutions across design functions. Conduct squeak & rattle testing and analysis on ongoing projects, utilising state-of-the-art testing rigs. Collaborate with various departments to consistently deliver attribute standards across the business. Oversee outsourced activities, working closely with key service providers and suppliers. Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying new methods and technologies to enhance the Squeak and Rattle Attribute. Practical & Technical Knowledge:

Upbeat, self-starter mentality with a focus on customer satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, proficient in engaging with peers and senior management. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks within project timelines. Proactive collaborator, comfortable working across functions including R&D, Design, and Quality. Experience in product or attribute development and delivery. Familiarity with technical specifications at component, system, and whole vehicle levels. Expertise in physical and/or virtual testing and development methodologies. Strong analytical skills for complex concern analysis and root cause investigations. Capable of interpreting and presenting status reports on development and concern investigations. A HND/Degree in an applicable field or relevant experience supporting squeak & rattle development.
