About the Role This is a great opportunity to join our Data Services and Exams (DSE) team, where we put our students at the heart of everything we do. You will support all aspects of a learner's journey from enrolment to achievement. This is a hybrid role, working on site three days out of five days, with some periods requiring full-time on-site presence to meet service needs. You will develop a range of skills and be involved with a wide variety of tasks to support our students in achieving their potential and gain an in-depth understanding of Further Education funding models. The role is within a large Professional Services team in the College that processes well over 10,000 students' enrolments a year - you will help register, maintain registrations, claim results, and work with data for our students. You will be involved in the numerous exams we arrange throughout the academic year. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the accurate and efficient input and updating of all aspects of student examination data, through the processing of exam registrations and achievements, to agreed quality and productivity standards. Support Exam Officers with verification checks to ensure exam data accuracy and complete administrative tasks in the Data Services and Exams team.
