Maternity Cover - One Year (start date February/March 2025) Derby College Group (DCG) are recruiting a Dental Assessor for a fixed-term maternity cover position. In this role, you'll deliver apprenticeship and standalone qualifications to a diverse range of students both in the workplace and in college. This role is primarily off-site, covering Derby, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.

The Opportunity You'll be an integral part of the assessor team, responsible for carrying out progress reviews, managing the retention and achievement of learners, and ensuring that standards are consistently adhered to. You'll also support the wider assessor team, the recruitment of apprentices and the team manager as required within areas such as training and candidate interviewing.

About You You'll be an organised and enthusiastic individual with a proven ability to motivate and inspire others. Additionally, you'll hold an A1 Assessor Award and possess a level 3 qualification in Dental Nursing. You'll have excellent communication and adaptability skills that ensure you support learners and manage your responsibilities efficiently.
