£650-750/day (waiting on IR35 determination) Altum Consulting is working with an international charity who are currently underway with their finance transformation programme. We are seeking a skilled Oracle EPM Consultant specialising in Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) to join the team and lead the development of a best-in-class planning function. This is a unique opportunity to influence the organisation's roadmap and maximize value through cutting-edge technology solutions. Role Summary: As an Oracle EPM Consultant with a focus on EPBCS, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with business stakeholders to scope additional functionality, and ensuring the organisation fully leverages the in-built frameworks of the EPBCS solution. Your expertise will guide the development of a robust planning function, setting the stage for ongoing enhancements and operational excellence as the business transitions to support and evolves its use of the tool. Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand requirements, identify gaps, and scope additional functionality. Maximise Built-In Frameworks:

Work within EPBCS frameworks to deliver scalable, flexible, and efficient solutions tailored to organisational needs. Develop Best-in-Class Planning Function:

Design and implement a planning roadmap that supports short- and long-term business objectives, aligning with industry best practices. Enable Future Enhancements:

Create a robust foundation that empowers the organisation to work on ongoing enhancements, tool developments, and new functionalities. Training and Support:

Provide knowledge transfer, documentation, and guidance to ensure seamless adoption and ongoing use of EPBCS capabilities. What We Are Looking For: Experience:

Proven experience as an Oracle EPM Consultant, with expertise in EPBCS implementations and enhancements. Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of EPBCS frameworks, including pre-built modules, calculation scripts, data integrations, and reporting capabilities. Business Acumen:

Ability to align technical solutions with business strategies and objectives. Communication Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for stakeholders. Problem-Solving Skills:

Demonstrated ability to identify challenges and develop creative, effective solutions. Certifications:

Oracle EPM certifications are a plus but not required. Seniority level
