We'd like you to join us as a Staff Nurse at our Hothfield Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre in Kent.
At Hothfield Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Neurological Centre, we look after adults with a brain injury or other neurological conditions. We're committed to helping every person we support feel safe, happy, and empowered, enabling them to live the best life possible.
What you'll be working:
You'll work a total of 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis. What you'll be doing:
Assess and deliver effective individual care and treatment towards the rehabilitation of service users. Work according to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and relevant professional guidelines as a named nurse or key worker for a defined group of patients. Provide a high-quality individualized standard of care to a defined group of patients, relatives, and carers. Act as a key member of the team, supporting each patient in achieving their planned outcomes. Adopt a flexible approach to hours of duty to meet the needs of the service over a 24-hour period. What you'll have:
A current NMC Pin registration.
