Personal Mortgage Consultant Salary: £32,195 per annum Hours: 35 hours per week (Shift Rotation: 09:00 - 17:00 & 11:00 - 19:00) Contract: Permanent Location: Hybrid Working - (Head Office, West Bromwich & within Branches) We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Mortgage Consultant to join our Retail Mortgage Team. You will play a crucial role in contributing to the overall success and performance of the Retail Mortgage Team. Through customer-focused conversations, you will deliver consistently excellent service to meet customers’ needs, exceed their expectations, and provide them with clear information to help them find products that are right for them, while ensuring adherence to controls detailed in the Training and Competence Scheme. Skills and Experience Required: You must have a full CeMAP qualification (CeMAP 1 may be considered for ‘trainee’ status). With previous customer service experience, you will have a genuine interest in customers and their needs and the ability to interact and engage with customers using your relationship-building skills. It is important to be very attentive to detail while working in a fast-paced environment where change is a regular occurrence. Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to communicate service information to customers in an understandable way are essential. You will have the ability to work individually as well as the enthusiasm to work as part of a team.
