**- Empower the teams** to run their own user research activities with a certain level of quality and act upon their insights

**- Maintain our existing Insights Repository** with well-crafted insights coming from surveys, qualitative research, main data points, app reviews, etc.

- As a research expert you will have some

**research activities to conduct directly** from A to Z (up to 40% of your time)

**- Animate and communicate**

- Autonomous and organized, you will be able to support research on day-to-day projects

- You have a broad knowledge of qualitative/quantitative research methods as well as a range of research tools (e.g. UserTesting or equivalent)

- You are able to analyze and connect data/analytics to user behaviors to provide holistic insights

- You can take a UX design question and autonomously design research approaches to find its answer

- You are used to leverage product screens (prototypes or existing apps) as a support for research and testing and know how to dive into UX questions

- You are fluent in English, our working language at Vestiaire Collective, and have no problem conducting interviews with users from around the world.

**Please send your application in English only**
