Sales Executive required. Our client is a well-established manufacturer of machinery based in the Basingstoke area; due to ongoing success they are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join the team. The successful candidate will be taking a key role in delivering premium customer service and overseeing project processes. Position Overview
Collaborating with the team and providing quotes, proposals and assisting the closing of sales. Maximising customer satisfaction following project completion. Utilizing the company CRM system to manage and track customer data. Liaising closely with the engineering and sales teams. Identifying and implementing areas for improvements in the aftersales process. Position Requirements
Previous sales or customer support experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment. Based in a commutable distance of Basingstoke. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Good organisation skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is desirable. Position Remuneration
Starting salary £24,000 + Performance related bonus. Monday to Friday, 37.5 hour working week with some flexibility with timing. 22 Days Holiday, plus bank holidays. Increasing with service. Medical cash plan.
