As a CRO Product Manager, you will be SME responsible for driving the optimization of our digital experiences using our conversion tools. This hands-on role requires a deep understanding of A/B testing methodologies, platform management, and the ability to generate impactful experiment ideas. You will ensure the platform’s full utilization and provide actionable insights that directly impact our commercial objectives. What will I be doing? (But in bullet points) Key Responsibilities: CRO Management:

Oversee the governance, site usage and consistent setup of AB tests to ensure best practice is followed and the teams maximise the usage of the tool. Experiment Ideation:

Collaborate with stakeholders, including product, design, engineering and marketing teams, to develop and propose data-driven experiment ideas aimed at enhancing user experience and achieving business goals. Test Implementation:

Execute and manage A/B and multivariate tests from inception through to deployment. Ensure accurate tracking, QA processes, and data collection to achieve statistically valid results. Commercial Focus:

Analyze experiment outcomes with a strong commercial mindset, linking test results to business KPIs and revenue growth opportunities. Provide recommendations that align with broader business strategies. Analytics & Reporting:

Leverage data analytics to monitor test performance, report findings, and create insights. Use these insights to build a continuous pipeline of optimization ideas that support our growth targets. Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to educate and advocate for CRO best practices. Present experiment results, insights, and recommendations clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. What does "good" look like for us? Experience we are looking for Proven experience with A/B testing platforms, particularly Optimizely, with a technical aptitude for platform management. Strong background in CRO, with experience in generating and implementing testing strategies that drive commercial outcomes. Solid proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively manage testing elements. Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to link test results to business performance metrics. Ability to manage multiple experiments simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
