Purpose of Role:
The Territory Manager will provide Cardiac Services customers with support in the sale and distribution of the Maternity, Cardiology, and Resuscitation range of products. The role will also focus on a range of Airways products and help develop our growing portfolio in the South East region. Ideally, candidates will be based in and around the Surrey area.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop Relationships and the business in the key areas of business including Cardiology, Maternity, Resuscitation, and EBME Departments.
Develop relationships with key customers into lasting business partnerships.
Achievement of sales plans on a quarterly and annual basis.
Assist customers with clinical, technical, and commercial inquiries.
Business planning and implementation throughout area of responsibility. Development of new business opportunities and determination of new client and market potential.
Systematic collection, presentation, and interpretation of market and competitor information.
Provide feedback on customers, promotional programs, and environmental changes and provide ideas to improve product and company performance in the market place.
Implementation of new product launches and other corporate activities within area of responsibility.
Attendance at relevant conferences and meetings.
Requirements:
Territory Manager with 5+ years Medical sales or technical experience.
Experience of selling into clinical areas within Hospitals; it would be an advantage if you have existing relationships with EBME Managers, Cardiology, or Maternity Managers.
High reliance on drive and planning and excellent organizational and account management skills.
Capability in IT skills and connectivity.
Willing to travel within the UK as required.
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have full, clean driving license (company car provided).
