Team Leader, Work & Wellbeing (18.5 hours) (0.5 FTE) Permanent We have an exciting opportunity for a new Team Leader to work within our Work and Wellbeing team. The successful candidate will lead our new team working on an exciting new pilot integrating IPS employment support with local homelessness teams. More about the role: The Team Leader will report to the Head of Work & Wellbeing and lead a small team of Employment Specialists. The focus of the role is to: Lead a new team to successfully deliver a pilot project integrating IPS employment support with local homelessness teams. Lead a highly effective team of Employment Specialists to provide positive and sustained employment outcomes for our customers in line with their job preferences. Deliver a high-quality service in line with IPS Fidelity. Provide effective operational oversight to the team. Work collaboratively with partners, employers and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery and achieve better outcomes for our customers. Who you are: Our new Team Leader will be performance driven with a commitment to quality and high standards. The successful candidate will have the following: Excellent understanding of IPS Fidelity. The ability to drive improvement through focused performance management. Ability to lead, motivate and inspire others. Ability to build relationships with a wide range of people and stakeholders. A non-judgemental approach with a genuine belief that people experiencing homelessness can find paid employment. A positive mindset, able to handle setbacks and challenges, and a commitment to working in a strengths-based way. Be willing to work across Sheffield, Rotherham & Barnsley.
