Deputy Headteacher

to join a vibrant primary school in the picturesque

Westerham / Sevenoaks area . As the Deputy Headteacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the school’s vision, ensuring outstanding teaching and learning, and fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Headteacher to define and articulate the school’s vision and values. Lead by example, demonstrating clear values and moral purpose. Foster positive relationships with staff, students, and parents. Stay informed about developments in education locally, nationally, and globally. Ensure excellent teaching standards, including ongoing professional development for staff. Create an environment of open classrooms for sharing best practices. Identify and nurture emerging talent within the school. Uphold professional conduct and practice among staff. Qualifications and Experience Qualified teacher status (QTS) and relevant leadership qualifications. Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a primary school.
