Internal Sales Executive (KCP)

who will act as first point of contact for our customer base, delivering the ultimate in customer service, develop robust relationships with key accounts and enhance sales and profitability within our branch. What does the role involve?

As Internal Sales Executive, you will work closely with the current sales team to help grow the business, assisting them by booking in appointments and sharing relevant market information with colleagues. You will also make outgoing calls to follow up on internal and external leads, demonstrate excellent levels of customer service, and maintain and build great relationships with our customers. The successful candidate will also pro-actively maintain and expand sales to new and existing customers, maintain efficient sales order entry on all products using our existing SAP system, and as necessary undertake in general sales office and administration duties. The successful candidate will require:

Experience in a sales environment, preferably heavy side construction materials. Ability to prioritise workloads to ensure you achieve targets. Ability to deliver excellent levels of customer service. Excellent numeracy and literacy skills. Proficient IT skills and experience (SAP, Outlook, Word, Excel). In return we offer:
