An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Deputy Care Home Manager to help manage an exceptional care home based in the Oldbury, West Midlands area. You will be working for one of the UK’s leading health care providers. This care home provides leading person-centred support and facilities for adults over the age of 18 with mental health requirements, autism, and learning or physical disabilities. To be considered for this role you must have an NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care. Key Responsibilities:

Support the Home Manager in ensuring that the home is maintained in accordance with our regulatory bodies. Line manage the senior team to ensure high standards of care and service are achieved within the home to regulatory standards. Support the Service or Home Manager in managing the home to ensure the best level of care is provided. Preferred Skills and Experience:

Commitment to delivering high quality care. Previous deputy managerial experience in a similar environment. Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards. Fine-tuned decision-making skills. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Flexibility and strong “can do” attitude. The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £13.50 per hour, with an annual salary of £29,484 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full-time role working 42 hours a week.
