Proven track record in a leadership role, with the ability to guide and support a dedicated team. Safeguarding SAM Experience:
Expert knowledge in safeguarding practices, ensuring the safety and well-being of all clients. Front Door Team/CAST Team Experience:
Previous involvement with Front Door or CAST teams, demonstrating a capacity to handle initial inquiries and assessments efficiently.
